Q: How can I view my bill online?

A: You can sign up for a customer portal and view your account online at https://buckinghampark-customers.utilitybillingsystem.us/#/login 

 

Q: How often are bills sent out?

A: Bills are sent out monthly. They are sent out by the 5th of the month and are for the pryor months water usage.

 

Q: How can I pay my bill?

A: We accept cash, checks and credit cards in the office. You can mail us a check or you may use our white drop box located across the street from our office. You can pay with a credit card on line at buckinghampark-customers.utilitybillingsystem.us/#/login . We also offer an auto pay that comes out of your bank account on the 25th of eace month. If you would like to set up APS for your account, please complete the "APS Form" and return it to our business office for processing.

 

Q: What do I do if I have a water emergancy?

A: If you have a water emergancy please give our office a call at 707-279-8568 or on our emergancy line at 707-349-1986.

 

Q:  What should I do if my water bill keeps going up?

A:  If your water bill keeps increasing you might have a leak. Call Buckingham District office and ask to have a operator come out to check the leak indicator on the meter.

 

Q:  What should I do if I see water coming up through the road?

A:  Call Buckingham District office during normal business hours at 707-279-8568 or call the emergency line at 707-349-1986.
